Parmalat Fresh Cream is available in a 250 ml resealable cup, as well as in the traditional 500 ml, 1 Litre and 5 Litre resealable bottles.

 

Chocolate Pancakes with creamy chocolate filling

 

*Serves 4

For the pancakes:

1 cup Sasko cake flour
1 1/4 cups milk
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 PnP eggs
1 Tbs PnP cooking oil
1 teaspoon vanilla

For the chocolate filling:

250ml Parmalat fresh cream, whipped
¼ cup chocolate spread
200g fresh raspberries
Selati Icing sugar

 

  1. In bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and cocoa powder.
    Heat a lightly greased pan then spoon in two tablespoons of batter.
  2. Lift and tilt the pan to spread batter around pan.
    Cook on one side until bubbles form on the surface.
  3. Flip over and cook on the other side for a minute.
  4. Make the filling by folding together the whipped Parmalat cream and chocolate spread.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling into each pancake and fold to encase filling.
  6. Top the filled pancakes with raspberries and sprinkle with icing sugar.
