The range consists of a wide selection of cheeses including feta, cream cheese, white rind cheeses, blue veined cheeses, matured cheeses and mozzarella. Our quality cheeses start with using only the very best milk: The award-winning cheesery has its origins in one of the most renowned dairy farms in the winelands; Simonsberg can trace its Jersey heritage back to the famed Jersey herd established on Schoongezicht farm in 1892.
